Stylist on a TV advert for Grand Arcade shopping centre Cambridge. The advert featured models in ranges of all white clothing specially selected from the clothing brands in the Grand Arcade's stores. The models were filmed dancing and on a trampoline with photographs of key Cambridge buildings projected onto their outfits. Acting as the link between Cambridge, fashion and the Grand Arcade's strapline, 'The Architects of Fashion'.
Grand Arcade scooped one of the most prestigious awards in the world of retail marketing, a Gold ICSC Solal Award for the 'Architects of Fashion' advertising campaign in 2008.
Lidia De Luca, Grand Arcade’s Marketing Manager said, ”The ad campaign was designed to strike a chord with our shoppers. The projections onto landmark Cambridge buildings generated a huge amount of awareness for Grand Arcade and the stunning TV commercial marked us out as the premier shopping destination in the region.”
The advertising campaign was created by creative agency Tomlin Bean under the direction of Grand Arcade’s Marketing Team at DTZ.
